umagawuza (magawozi in zulu),
gasela is the son of khukhuza of ngonyama (wasenyandeni) of mashobane of mangete of ngululu of langa of zimangele of khumalo of mntungwa of mbulazi.
ngolo (ngono in zulu) is gasela's brother and magawuza (magawozi in zulu) is his cousin. we originate from kzn in ngome and fled the area during shaka's mfecane to butterworth (eastern cape), to peddie (eastern cape) and settled in whittlesea (eastern cape).
gasela's today are known as mfengu in the eastern cape or as hlubi hence some of them were intergrated and absorbed by the hlubi. those who are part of the hlubi's, in their praise naming, use the term 'ngele-ngele'.
those in kwazulu-natal who carry the surname 'nyandeni' are our direct cousins because we share the same father 'ngonyama' of nyandeni.
